Big Updates in the Insider

Over the last week, we’ve added a ton of updates into the Insider.

Phase 3 of the new SB911 Program has been uploaded and this phase promises to be one of the hardest. Increasing the percentage on the primary exercise in each workout and adding more volume for the upper back and posterior chain, the lifters are preparing for their testing in Phase 4.

Also, as an additional bonus, I have uploaded my full ebook – SAVAGE GRIP – into the Premium Section of the Insider. One of the biggest questions over the last couple of weeks has been around grip strength. So, after asking the Insiders, they really wanted more information and training techniques to bring up their grip. Since I had already done an ebook on developing insane grip strength, I just uploaded it to the site.

UPDATE TO ORIGINAL POST:

This morning, I uploaded my new band-resisted butterflies to the Exercise Index. This simple exercise has been amazing for firing up my upper back, getting my shoulder blades more mobile, and helping my fix my upper body posture. (Go check it out now in the Exercise Index!)
