The highly anticipated Phase 2 of Strong Bastard 911 (SB911) is being uploaded into the DeFranco Insider later today and it is going to blow people away!
With over 100 lifters, coaches, and trainers entered into the SB911 Transformation Contest (check out prizes below), we’re excited to see how everyone progresses on the program. The members-only forum is filling up with great feedback and stories of crazy workouts from Phase 1.
Now, into week 4, Phase 2 is all about building mass and laying the foundation for Phase 3.
